agent etiqa ni bila kita amik dengan diorang bukan main baik dan ramah lagi. bila kita dah tak mampu nak bayar. dia kasi bluetick je wasap kita. kalau kita takde benefit kat agent tu, terus dia tak nak kawan kita dan terus putus silaturrahim

etiqa is a pretty good company. not too cheap and not to expensive. the cover is also not bad. not too low and not too high. tapi sekarang semua company naik harga woo... tak masuk akal diorang cakap sbb harga perubatan dah naik la.tapi tgk la diorang tetap untung billion.

Claim proses sangat mudah. Boleh monitor via etiqa+. Claim rejection, claim rejection ada sebab, boleh baca why claim kita direject via etiqa+ or boleh call customer service untuk tahu sebab claim direject. Etiqa takkan reject saja saja claim kita tanpa sebab. Guarantee Letter approved sangat laju. Paling laju in one minit. Kadang orang kata GL ni lambat lah, sebenarnya bukan Etiqa proses GL lambat, tapi pihak hospital. If pihak hospital tak request GL pada etiqa, selagi tu etiqa tak boleh proses GL kita. Ni pun boleh view proses GL via Etiqa+ macam kita view barang nak sampai kat siap ada masa dan tarikh tau. Dan agent pun tahu if kita warded sebab agent akan dapat mesej GL request and approved. I choose Etiqa.

I could say insurance somehow will ease my future cause if anything happen i’m not worry about losing my saving or anything cause I’m already protected by company.. kind of peace of mind and the renewals also really deduct on time so no issue of lapse.. i also get a good agent which help me if i need tondo my claim and checking my renewal so that my policy still active.. 5 star!!

Im very proud to be a part or etiqan because etiqa company is malaysia company compare to another insurance company. The hospital claim was very fast, easy and best. I encourage whoever do not have policy with etiqa, they should be have at least one policy with etiqa either medical, savings, or investment. Etiqa trusted company!

haritu ambil dengan sorang agent ni dia datang rumah. saya ambil utk anak. lama juga lebih kurang 8 tahun takde apa pon. tetiba suatu hari anak saya tu jatuh basikal teruk juga luka nya. so kitorang hantar la anak ke hospital swasta. alhamdulillah cover. terkejut jugak baru berapa hari je duduk hospital dah lebih kurang RM5k bil. nasib baik ada takaful

Dulu ada banyak cara nak bayar. Sekarang dah susah nak bayar. Sangat Imited pilihan bayaran. Do not recommend at all etiqa
