How it works
- Share a genuine claim experience. Complete your review and sign in to submit it.
- Our team verifies your review. We check that it describes a genuine, distinct claim. Submission alone does not issue a reward.
- Find your reward in Dashboard → Rewards. After verification and eligibility checks, staff assign a RM10 Touch ’n Go eWallet reload PIN. Check its expiry date and reveal your PIN there.
Verification and PIN assignment take place separately. There is no guaranteed processing time; track your review and reward in your dashboard.
Which reviews qualify?
- Each verified, distinct insurance or takaful claim review submitted during the campaign can earn one RM10 reward.
- Honest positive and negative experiences qualify equally. Your rating does not determine eligibility.
- Duplicate claims do not earn another reward. Editing an existing review does not earn an additional reward.
- Supporting documents help verification. You can submit without documents using the form’s “I don’t have a document to upload” option; your review still needs verification.
- Permission to publish your review anonymously is optional and is not a condition of receiving a reward.
